Training Process of Mentors Training will be provided regarding the role of a mentor, communication, conflict management etc.

Screening Process of Mentors: Mentors will be selected based on work experience, professionalism, enthusiasm, ability to commit to the program.
Mentor Position Description: Mentors will be required to commit a minimum of 1 hour of contact with their mentee, this can be face to face, phone or Skype to provide on going advice and support. They are also expected to attend program networking events held quarterly.
Mentor Minimum Commitment: 1 hour a month and and 2 out of 4 program events.
