Mentoring is a more experienced person supporting a less experienced one. Mentoring is one on one and takes place in school. However group mentoring is also an option as long as mentees share similar goal. As a mentor we try to help people to become self confident and independent. Often mentoring is designed to support someone through a transition or major challenge in their lives. Mentoring schemes can vary greatly in aims and organisation. Each one will be designed with particular aims in mind.

Mentor Minimum Commitment: You would nee to commit to giving 1 - 2 hours one day a week.
