Yulu-Burri-Ba Aboriginal Corporation for Community Health provides safe, confidential and culturally appropriate primary and specialist health care services, in line with community needs, at clinics located at North Stradbroke Island, Wynnum and Capalaba,
Yulu-Burri-Ba has created new positions to assist in the delivery of Family Wellbeing Services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community within the North Stradbroke Island and Bayside catchment area.
The person we are looking for to fill the Family In-Home Mentor role will have the ability to:
- provide practical and culturally appropriate in-home support to families, including outside of standard 9-5 hours
- facilitate family routines and take accurate case notes
- facilitate quality ‘family time’ and practical in-home attachment between parents and children
- actively contribute in developing a flourishing team
